In France, we have Pole Emploi. Sometimes Pole Emploi suggests you to take a job where you’re not qualified for… and threatens you to delete your unemployment benefits if you refuse.
I guess its the same in every country… I was suggested to take a job as a trucker AFTER I said that I don’t have a drivers licence and I had to write applications for said job even when I pointed out that little shortcoming.
